Blog Challenge: Day 2

Ah, yes, the meaning behind this blog title.

It took me a while to come up with something that at least sort of conveyed my intentions for this blog. I didn't just want it to be a listing of what treatments I was going through, or when I became pregnant, what was happening in my pregnancy. There is quite a bit of that here, but also some contemplative thinking, some meditation on life and happenings. There is certainly lots of rambling, as that is what I often do best. I wanted to chronicle things that happened in my life, on this journey from one event to another, this path from birth to death that we call life.

So, Thoughts for the Journey was born. The title still sounds a bit pretentious to me, a bit wordy and silly, but, well, that really does reflect me as I can be all of those things. :)

As for the mission this redhead is on, well, that continues to evolve as my life changes. All I really know is that I'm thankful to be here, with these people, and living this life, thanking God for all the blessings He has heaped upon me. :)
